Jacqueline Lee #11, Michelle Hayashida #21, Danielle Matsuda #41, Kelly Fujihara #32, Bethany Pan #5, Emily Morgan #2, Jaime Suwa #8, Delphy Miyake #20, and Hannah Kishimoto #31. This is the first year our girls played basketball; most of them are recent graduates of the Little Hoopster Program. What’s so special about our team is the girl’s enthusiasm and eagerness in wanting to play basketball. It is difficult to rotate the girls during game time because all of them want to stay in. For our practice devotionals we are going through Coach Wooden’s book Inch and Miles, The Journey to Success. This book is based from Coach Wooden’s Pyramid of Success. So far, we learned about hard work, enthusiasm, friendship, and loyalty. As parents we are very proud of our girls. We praise God for each girl’s individual personality and ability that makes up our team.
